Are these gifts really handmade and handpainted?

Yes. Each piece is cut, carved, sanded and painted by hand by our artisans. Small variations in grain, tone and brushwork are natural and are what make every piece one of a kind.

What wood and paints do you use?

Our gifts are made from quality hardwood such as teak and sheesham, mango, finished with safe, long-lasting paints and a protective coat. Exact materials are listed on each product page.

Can I personalise a gift with a name or message?

Many products can be customised with names, dates or short messages. Check the product page for the personalisation option, or contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Handmade items take 2-4 days to be made, followed by 2 days in transit. If you need a gift by a specific date, message us and we will tell you what is realistic.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free across India. Every order is packed with extra protective materials so your gift arrives safely.

How does payment work? Is Cash on Delivery available?

What if my gift arrives damaged or incorrect?

Exchanges and returns are offered for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Share a photo with our team and we will make it right. opening video required

How do I care for my wooden gift?

Keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture and harsh chemicals. Dust with a soft dry cloth, and wipe gently with a barely damp cloth if needed.
